Job summary

LSU is seeking a functional trainer for PeopleSoft who will develop training plans, educate new users, and support rollout of new capabilities. The role emphasizes interpersonal skills to adapt to LSU Health changes and to learn and teach new technology.

Working with the PeopleSoft Support Team Manager, the trainer will deliver ongoing training across business modules and LMS content, with flexibility to adapt training across platforms. Remote work is permitted under the university policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience required.
• Experience training professionals in corporate or institutional environment using LMS and developing training content.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional trainer for PeopleSoft and develop training plans to educate new users and provide ongoing training.
• Support implementation and rollout of new PeopleSoft capabilities with emphasis on interpersonal skills.
• Deliver training across multiple business modules and technology platforms and adapt training content.
