Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System seeks an ERP Analyst to provide application support across Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain. You will design, configure, test, train, deploy and support projects through the SDLC, ensuring security and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ERP implementations, strong SQL/PeopleCode skills, and experience with major ERP suites. Healthcare exposure is highly valued, with collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of IT application implementation and support.
5 years of experience in IS development, implementation, and support.
5 years of experience designing and supporting large ERP systems (PeopleSoft, Lawson, Kronos, Oracle, Workday).
5 years working with ERP-related technical tools (SQL, PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, IB, SQR).
5 years of experience creating technical design documents from functional design.
5 years of experience building interfaces/reports using SQR and XML.
5 years of experience with workflow automation, interfaces, and integration.

Responsibilities

Implements, designs, and supports assigned applications using various technologies.
Assesses plans, identifies system requirements, and defines functional changes.
Adheres to IT standards and security safeguards in report development.
