Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System in Florida seeks an experienced IT leader to manage the organization’s ERP strategy and ERP system landscape, including PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules. Qualifications

Master's degree in IS, MBA, or related field.
10+ years leading large, complex IT implementations.
ERP systems implementation and operations experience across full lifecycle.
Experience negotiating with service providers and managing vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

Oversee analysis, design, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions supplied by vendors and in-house teams.
Develop and monitor the ERP program roadmap and budget.
Lead ERP Core Team, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and report to senior leadership.
Ensure standards for client communication, project status, and timeliness are met.
Recruit, hire, and manage ERP teams to support ERP systems.
