Job summary

NCH Healthcare System Inc. in Naples, FL, seeks an IT Analyst ERP to serve as the ERP expert for finance and supply chain. You will guide end users, configure ERP modules, and support reporting and data integrity across the organization.

This on-site role requires collaboration with IT, vendor partners, and business customers, with responsibilities spanning testing, training, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare or related field.
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program with expected completion within one year and relevant experience.
• High school diploma with 7 years of relevant IT experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP modules including General Ledger, AP, and Payroll.
• Configure and optimize ERP processes for finance and supply chain.
• Create and maintain end-user training materials and reports.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business customers to resolve issues.
• Document workflows and test system upgrades and enhancements.
