Qualifications

Experience leading a team of analysts and developers.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications and PeopleSoft modules (HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Business Applications team, ensuring timely support and delivery of application services.
Serve as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions.
Oversee system upgrades, patching, and integrations with other enterprise platforms.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants as needed.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and security standards.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
