• Serve as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions.
• Oversee system upgrades, patching, and integrations with other enterprise platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and security standards.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

CTG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Application Team Lead to oversee the strategy, support, and enhancement of our enterprise application portfolio, with a strong emphasis on PeopleSoft systems. This role blends technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to ensure our applications align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional value to stakeholders.
You’ll lead a team of analysts and developers, drive cross-functional collaboration, and serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units for PeopleSoft-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Business Applications team, ensuring timely support and delivery of application services
• Serve as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions
• Oversee system upgrades, patching, and integrations with other enterprise platforms
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and security standards
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $133,200 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
