Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks a dynamic and experienced Business Applications Team Lead to oversee the strategy, support, and enhancement of our enterprise application portfolio, with a strong emphasis on PeopleSoft systems.

You’ll lead a team of analysts and developers, drive cross-functional collaboration, and serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units for PeopleSoft initiatives, ensuring value delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Business Applications team, ensuring timely support and delivery of application services
• Serve as the subject matter expert for PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions
• Oversee system upgrades, patching, and integrations with other enterprise platforms
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and security standards
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
