DXC Technology in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced PeopleSoft HCM developer to design, implement, and support complex HCM solutions. You will work across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules, performing tuning, data fixes, and interface development with PeopleTools, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher.

The role requires collaboration with analysts, testers, DBAs, and release managers. The position is hybrid, onsite 2-3 days/week in Crystal City, offering SAFe ceremonies and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules and related self-service functionality.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience with SAFe/Scaled Agile delivery and backlog tracking in ADO.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft HCM customizations and interfaces.
• Support PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve defects, data issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with analysts, testers, DBAs, architects, release managers, and other devs.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies and use Azure DevOps to track work, defects, and delivery metrics.
• Develop and maintain technical design documentation and release support artifacts.
