Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft application changes using PeopleCode, Application Designer, and related tools.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and documentation.
• Follow SDLC practices and EAS procedures for new functionality and issue resolution.
• Perform redevelopment after bundles/upgrades, including regression testing on Syracuse University customizations.
• Review and optimize PeopleSoft updates, reducing custom code and adopting delivered features.
• Provide on-call production support when needed and coordinate with vendors as required.
• Develop expertise in PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud technologies, and emerging platforms.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across the development team.
