Job Description:

1. Collaborate with business users to identify requirements and process improvements.
2. Configure, manage, and support Peoplesoft HR and FSCM modules.
3. Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
4. Provide technical support for Peoplesoft applications, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
5. Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications for Peoplesoft FSCM/HR applications.
6. Assist in data conversion, interface development, and system integration.
7. Conduct training sessions and support for business users.
8. Work with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs and architecture.
9. Implement best practices for Peoplesoft FSCM/HR processes and workflows.
