MATRIX TECHNOLOGY GROUP. is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to manage HR configurations and implementations. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2, including administration, patching, and upgrading.

Job Description

Required experience:

• 5-8 years experienced in administration/implementation/configuration of PeopleSoft HR.
• Experience in working as PeopleSoft Admin in PeopleSoft 9.2 implementation with tools version 8.5.3.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft System Administration Tools like Process Scheduler, Data Mover, Application Designer etc.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft configuration management, security administration.
• Hands on experience in Managing PeopleSoft 9.2 instances and understanding of PIA.
• Hands on experience in Building PeopleSoft 9.2 environments.
• Hands on experience in Patching, Cloning, Backup, restoration and PeopleSoft system administrator activities.
• Experience in setting up DR and testing DR.
• Experience in architecting PeopleSoft environments.
• Experience of working in PeopleSoft upgrade projects.
• Experience in performance tuning of PeopleSoft 9.2 instances.
• Experience in supporting various project activities like CRPs, SIT, UAT etc.
• The Candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to work closely with Customer SMEs.
• It will be advantageous if the associate has experience with Weblogic.
