• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Administration, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting HRIS/People Technology/enterprise apps.
• 3+ years Workday administration experience.
• 2+ years leading projects/teams in People Technology/HRIS.
• Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, security, releases, testing, and integrations.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Demonstrated ability gathering requirements and delivering tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and support of People Technology platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, TalentLMS).
• Lead a small team; prioritize workload, respond to support requests, and drive project delivery.
• Coordinate Workday releases, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
