Avid Bioservices is seeking a People Team Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of key People Team projects across HR, Talent Attraction, Learning & Development, and employee experience. You will partner with the Chief People Officer to organize workstreams, manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure momentum and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in PM or HR ops.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• People Team project management from planning through implementation with clear scope, timelines, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
• Support Chief People Officer, plan meetings and offsites.
• Create narratives and slides for Board presentations.
• Coordinate activities with HR, Talent Attraction, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, status updates, agendas, action logs, and docs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, escalate appropriately.
• Translate priorities into actionable workplans with accountability.
• Help improve processes and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes.
• Ensure materials organized and clear for stakeholders.
