Job summary

Cohere is hiring a People Project Manager to join our HR PMO and deliver an ambitious portfolio of HR programs as we scale globally. This is not a business-as-usual project management role—it's about bringing order to chaos, building structure, and shipping important initiatives at speed.

You will own cross-functional projects across HR, Finance, Legal, and IT, coordinating stakeholders worldwide from day one, and creating scalable workflows and tools to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management in a fast-moving organization.
• Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects from idea to delivery.
• Exceptional attention to detail and reliable systems for managing work.
• Strong collaboration across teams with clear plans and updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and initiatives across Cohere's global HR roadmap.
• Build plans, milestones, workstreams, and clear ownership.
• Coordinate across HR, Finance, Legal, IT and other teams.
• Drive decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Develop repeatable workflows and tools to scale HR execution.
