Job summary

Avid Bioservices is seeking a People Team Project Manager in Tustin, CA, to plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional HR initiatives. You will partner with the Chief People Officer to organize workstreams, manage timelines, track deliverables, identify risks, and ensure projects move forward effectively.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of project management experience, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in project management or HR operations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for updates and stakeholder materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute People Team projects from planning through implementation.
• Support the Chief People Officer and key stakeholders; run meetings and offsites as needed.
• Create narratives and slides for Board presentations related to the People Function.
• Coordinate activities with HR, Talent Attraction, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards.
• Build and maintain project documentation, trackers, and action logs.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot roadblocks, and escalate when necessary.
