This role offers three 8-month rotational assignments in People Team Operations, Strategy and Transformation, and a Commercial business unit. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of relevant experience and possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This position is hybrid and may require travel 5-10% of the time, with a competitive salary range of $121,500 - $136,000 USD.

Qualifications

• MBA/Master degree program with 4 years relevant work experience, graduating May 2025 – August 2026.
• Previous experience working in an HR or Talent role.
• Strong communication skills with clear and concise written and spoken communications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three distinct 8-month rotational assignments.
• Engage in skills-based training every 6 months.
• Compete in a team project to test learning every six months.
