Job summary

Belkin is seeking a People Team Intern in El Segundo, CA to assist in cyclical HR processes and advance HR branding to engage employees and prospective recruits. You will help update job descriptions, support year‑end activities, and coordinate summer intern events.

You will collaborate with the HR team and cross‑functional partners to reimagine Belkin HR branding, contribute to internal communications, and support the HR Paperless Project.

Qualifications

• Proactive and able to think creatively.
• Strong self-initiative with ability to organize and prioritize.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating job descriptions and HR branding materials.
• Support year-end processes: reviews, merit, engagement surveys, and open enrollment.
• Coordinate summer intern events and activities.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on communications and campaigns.
• Assist with updating internal Belkin communications channels and blog.
• Support HR Paperless Project and related administrative tasks.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow company rules and perform other duties as assigned.
