Job summary

Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert in Bryan, TX to support store teams with HR programs and compliance. You will assist in recruiting, scheduling, training, and pay practices, while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests and team members.

In this fast-paced, physical role, you will greet guests, help with questions, process transactions, and collaborate with the HR leader to address staffing needs and ensure a safe, compliant workplace. Flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience with cash handling and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and resolving simple issues.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft levels, and thank them for shopping with us.
• Lead or assist with recruiting efforts to fill store roles as needed.
• Support team member and leader training needs, and be an advocate for continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Deliver on HR processes to maximize engagement and minimize business disruption.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety and compliance.
