Screen resumes and communicate with applicants.
Update workflows and request portfolios.
Assist with intern recruitment and selection; send portfolios to managers and conduct first-round interviews.
Track and report weekly recruitment metrics.
Promote internship program at university events and career fairs.
Network with university organizations and assist with Handshake and Knightline platforms.
Brainstorm development sessions and generate weekly intern newsletters.
