Hungerford in Grand Rapids, MI offers a part-time Human Resources Intern position that supports campus recruiting, candidate experience, and HR project work while you balance classes.
You will gain hands‑on exposure to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, learning and development, and performance management as you support the Talent Acquisition team and participate in campus events.
Location: On-site at our Grand Rapids, MI office
Status: Part-Time Internship
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our campus recruiting efforts and helping create a positive candidate experience. You'll gain hands‑on exposure to recruiting, employer branding, event coordination, and talent acquisition while working closely with the Talent Acquisition team. In addition to supporting recruiting initiatives, you'll have opportunities to gain exposure to other areas of Human Resources—including onboarding, compliance, benefits, learning and development, and performance management—providing valuable insight into the full employee lifecycle as business needs and project work allow.
