Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in human resources or related field.
• Experience with HR software and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies to ensure labor law compliance.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related issues and relations.
• Conduct training sessions to develop employee skills and engagement.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and talent strategies.
• Participate in HR projects to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
