Job summary

Apollo.io in the United States is seeking a People Systems & Solutions Manager to shape and drive the People technology roadmap. This individual contributor role partners with the Head of People Systems & Solutions, People leadership, and IT to translate business needs into concrete requirements and deliver multi-quarter initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

You will configure platforms, optimize workflows, govern data, and manage vendors while identifying AI-enabled opportunities that

Qualifications

7+ years in People Systems or HR technology.
Experience delivering multi-quarter roadmaps across platforms.
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
Experience evaluating technology vendors and IT partnerships.
Understanding of People data governance, reporting, automation, and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

Shape multi-quarter People Systems roadmap and deliver initiatives.
Design scalable processes across the employee and talent lifecycle.
Manage People technology vendors and platform integrations.
Improve data governance, reporting, and analytics; identify AI opportunities.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across People, IT, Data, Finance, and Legal.
