Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities including offers, background checks, drug screens, and orientations.
• Maintain employee records and support HR compliance activities.
• Process timekeeping and payroll; support audits and reporting.
• Coordinate plant communications, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Support purchasing, invoices, and general office operations.
