Job summary

You will partner with site leadership, oversee labor relations, talent development, and compliance while driving a high-performing culture across two plants and a unionized workforce.

The role requires 8+ years HR experience in manufacturing, strong labor relations, and the ability to influence business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including manufacturing.
• Experience with unionized workforce and collective bargaining.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Foster positive employee relations with open communication and policy application.
• Lead labor relations activities including contract administration and investigations.
• Coach leaders on performance management, succession planning, and development.
• Oversee recruitment, development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
