Job summary

Icy Strait Point - Hoonah Alaska is seeking an Employee Services Supervisor to oversee travel, housing, uniforms, and onboarding support, while supervising Shuttle Drivers and partnering with HR. The candidate should be detailed, organized, and capable of enhancing the employee experience.

The role is full-time, year-round with PTO, medical coverage, and a 401(k) matching program. A HS diploma is required and higher HR qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in employee services, logistics, HR support, or operations coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Employee Travel & Housing coordination including travel to Juneau and housing assignments.
• Maintain housing deduction board and inventory for uniforms and supplies.
• Supervise Shuttle Drivers and manage schedules and transportation services.
• Support HR onboarding and plan employee engagement events throughout the season.
