Job summary

Victorian Plumbing is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our People Services team in the UK. You will support managers on employee relations, administer HR records, and help implement training programs to build a positive workplace culture.

The role requires a degree in HR (CIPD preferred) and knowledge of UK employment law. Based at Leyland/Skelmersdale sites with travel between them; office-based, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• CIPD qualification desirable or in progress.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of employee relations; guide managers through disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Manage HR administration and employee records with confidentiality and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training programs to foster continuous learning and employee growth.
