Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee relations
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams/SharePoint, and Outlook
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, Position Manager, Kronos, UKG, and/or employee health tools preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; additional experience considered with lower degree

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and team members on workplace-related matters
• Collaborate on performance deficiencies and guide corrective action
• Create and maintain templates for corrective action used by leaders
• Review corrective action documents and recommend edits
• Assist in creating and maintaining HR policies and procedures
• Assess training needs to improve work performance
• Conduct investigations and recommend changes to practices
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies
• Perform audits of HR files for accreditation and reviews
• Respond to unemployment claims and support hearings and appeals
• Develop training programs on employment regulations and present to leaders
