Burger King is seeking a People & Risk Business Partner to merge strategic HR partnership with hands-on risk management across workers' compensation, general liability, property, and safety. You will advise store-level leadership, influence workforce strategy, and own investigations and reduction of workplace injuries across assigned stores.

The role involves collaborating with Operations to meet HR and risk goals, developing talent plans, and leading training to minimize losses.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of workers' compensation and/or general liability/workers' compensation claims experience preferred.
• 3+ years in an HR role as a manager, generalist, or business partner.

Aufgaben

• Partner with company and store-level leaders on HR, safety, and risk needs and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement HR, safety, and risk goals from leadership.
• Develop strategic talent plans and deliver training to reduce injuries and security issues.
• Lead investigations of employee relations and workplace incidents across stores.
• Oversee talent and learning strategy including succession planning and performance development.
