Job summary

LPU Batangas is seeking a Student HR/Business Management intern to support Associate Relations activities in Spartanburg, SC. You will help with morale sensing, performance guidelines, and policies, and assist with appeals and terminations.

You'll also contribute to HR projects, create Associate Relations dashboards, and engage in process improvements, while meeting on-site expectations and transcript submission requirements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in both.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours per week).
• Transfer students must provide GPA from current university.
• Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript.
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
• Available for the work term from January 11th, 2027 to May 14th, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support Associate Relations processes including associate morale and engagement sensing, performance management process, guidelines, and policies.
• Assist with associate appeal and termination processes.
• Support multiple HR projects.
• Create Associate Relations dashboards.
• Engage in process improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
