Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist role.
• Strong computer skills across MS Office and HRIS familiarity.
• Knowledge of Workday preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Well-developed organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide general HR policy and procedure support.
• Act as systems administrator for Avature and Workday; maintain org charts and records.
• Offer onboarding/offboarding support and project management for People initiatives.
• Support Talent Management activities including performance reviews and salary planning.
• Assist with recruitment processes and applicant tracking in Scout and Workday.
• Drive employee communications and engagement programs for North America.
