Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Nutley, NJ, is seeking a People (HR) Associate to support North America HR programs and cross‑functional partnerships. The People Associate will collaborate with internal and external partners, with a focus on teamwork and precise communication.

You will help administer HR policies, act as systems administrator for Avature and Workday, maintain org charts and employee records, and support onboarding/exit processes as well as talent management and recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience working in Human Resources, ideally in a general role.
• Advanced computer skills: Excel (Pivot Tables / VLookups), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of Workday preferred
• Well-developed written and verbal presentation skills

Responsibilities

• General Support for HR policies and procedures.
• Act as systems administrator in Avature and Workday; maintain org charts and employee records.
• Provide solutions to system support challenges and partner with IT teams.
• Support onboarding and exit processes and employee communications.
• Assist Talent Management and recruitment processes and coordinate with Talent Acquisition
