Job summary

Tutor Intelligence, a robotics research and deployment company, is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Lead in Watertown, MA. You will own the annual performance cycle, manager development, leveling, and 360s, driving our people programs end to end.

You’ll partner with the Head of People to design scalable systems, coach managers, and move values, culture, and operating-model improvements across a growing 160+ person organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in organizational effectiveness, talent management, learning & development, or an HR business partner role with program ownership.
• Experience running at least one full performance cycle and able to discuss what worked, what didn’t, and improvements.
• Experience delivering manager development through workshops or coaching.
• Comfortable with data: interpreting pulse surveys or 360 results for leadership.
• Strong facilitation and writing skills; able to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Credible with senior technical leaders and comfortable enforcing processes.
• Willing to work in-person in the Boston area, Watertown, MA.

Responsibilities

• Run the annual performance cycle end to end: timeline, communications, manager enablement, calibration logistics, and deliver outputs to People Ops for comp/promotion/title changes.
• Deliver manager development: onboarding, workshops, coaching, and maintaining the manager expectations framework.
• Maintain and extend the Leveling Framework: draft rubrics and keep updated as the org evolves.
• Run values and culture programming with Recruiting and People Ops on how values appear in hiring and the first 90 days.
• Run 360 feedback and monthly pulse survey: administration, analysis, and clear leadership readouts.
• Support org design work and operating-model updates with functional leaders and broader culture initiatives.
