Job summary

A-SAFE is seeking a People Partner to lead the end-to-end People function across the United States, Canada and Mexico from our Plano, Texas site. The role partners with leaders to deliver a compliant, engaging and high-performing workplace while supporting business growth.

You will advise on employee relations, policy implementation, organization design and workforce planning, using HR analytics to drive decisions.

As People Partner, you'll lead the end-to-end People function across the United States, Canada and Mexico, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, engagement, talent, organisation design and people risk. This is a high-impact role for an experienced HR professional who combines strategic thinking with strong employment law knowledge, stakeholder influence and operational excellence.

How you will make an impact:

• Partner with business leaders to deliver the people strategy across North America, aligning local priorities with business objectives.
• Lead employee relations activity by managing complex cases, providing expert guidance and ensuring fair, consistent and compliant outcomes.
• Strengthen engagement and culture through local engagement initiatives, internal communications and action planning that improves the colleague experience.
• Drive organisational effectiveness by supporting organisation design, change programmes, workforce planning and talent reviews.
• Ensure compliance and minimise risk by maintaining HR policies, supporting audits and providing expert guidance on employment legislation and governance.
• Improve people processes and analytics through data-driven decision making, HR systems adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Strong HR Business Partnering experience with hands‑on ownership of employee relations, policy implementation and people strategy.
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and compliance, with experience managing risk and complex people matters.
• Experienced stakeholder partner capable of influencing senior leaders, challenging constructively and building trusted relationships across the business.
• Strong organizational design and change management capability, with experience supporting business transformation and growth.
• Data‑driven and commercially minded, using insights and HR analytics to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
• Professional HR qualification such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent is preferred.
