Fluidstack is hiring for a People Team role in the San Francisco area to scale our employee lifecycle end-to-end, from onboarding through offboarding. You will design and implement scalable people programs that grow with the company and partner with leadership on org design and culture.

The role requires experience building a people function at rapid growth, implementing people systems, and handling multi-state employment complexities.

Qualifications

• Built or rebuilt a people function at a fast-growing company.
• Implemented people systems and ensured adoption after launch.
• Handled multi-state and multi-country employment complexity.
• Experience with compensation design and HRIS implementations.

Responsabilités

• Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, compensation cycles, performance and offboarding.
• Partner with leadership on org design, leveling, and culture.
• Ensure employment compliance across states and countries as sites multiply.
