You will coach managers, lead on hiring decisions, own employee relations, and design onboarding, reviews, engagement, and off‑boarding rhythms. The role requires experience with hourly and salaried staff, rapid decision making, strong employment-law judgment, and, bonus, bilingual English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• HR partner for manufacturing, on-site workforce.
• Coached first-time managers into effective leaders.
• Managed sensitive employee relations investigations end-to-end.
• Moves at operating speed with practical policy application.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and counsel needs.
• Bonus: experience with hourly workforce programs and bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the people partner for the Manufacturing org as it scales from startup crew to full production workforce.
• Coach managers on hiring, performance, and difficult conversations on a factory timeline.
• Own employee relations on the ground: investigate, resolve, and document with judgment and speed.
• Build the people rhythms for an hourly and salaried workforce: onboarding, reviews, engagement, and off-boarding.
