Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience supporting technical teams (Engineering, Data Science, Security/IT).
• Strong operator mindset with hands-on execution of complex People programs.
• Bias toward action and ability to influence senior technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with Engineering, Data Science, and Security/IT leaders, handling performance, promotions, leveling, and employee relations.
• Synthesize gPulse data into actionable reads for R&D leaders.
• Operate core talent programs: performance cycles, calibrations, promotions, manager enablement.
• Reinforce high performance standards and clear growth expectations across tech orgs.
• Translate company-wide programs into implications for technical orgs and surface context to the center.
• Identify risks and opportunities using People insights and data.
• Design scalable People frameworks and repeatable processes for consistency.
• Oversee end-to-end org changes, including transition planning and Workday updates.
