Communications & Power Industries (CPI) seeks an HR Business Partner I to support leaders and employees across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and development. The role ensures consistent policy application and alignment of HR programs with business objectives.

You will partner with managers on workforce planning, drive talent development, and implement HR initiatives. Strong HR knowledge and communication skills are essential to success.

• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and align HR strategies to support organizational goals.
• Provide input on workforce planning and organizational development to ensure human capital needs are met effectively.
• Support the talent management process, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on HR topics to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and present findings to inform business decisions and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
• Support compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay informed about HR best practices and recommend changes to policies and procedures.
