Communications & Power Industries (CPI) in Plano, TX seeks an HR Business Partner I to partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and HR program implementation. You will drive recruiting, employee development, and policy adherence to support business objectives.

You will collaborate with managers to analyze workforce needs, implement HR initiatives, and ensure compliance while fostering an engaging and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• HR certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and align HR strategies to support the achievement of organizational goals.
• Provide input on workforce planning and organizational development to ensure that human capital needs are met effectively.
• Support the talent management process, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Work with leadership to identify high-potential employees and support career development and growth opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related topics to ensure compliance and understanding of company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and present findings to inform business decisions and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
• Support compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay informed about HR best practices and recommend changes to policies and procedures as appropriate.
• Support strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Gather employee feedback and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, from requisition intake and candidate sourcing through interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process.
• Build candidate pipelines, evaluate qualifications, and facilitate timely hiring decisions to meet workforce needs.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and provide recruiting updates and metrics to stakeholders.
