Job summary

Suno is seeking a seasoned People Partner to serve as the trusted talent partner for a designated client group. You’ll own end-to-end People support—from performance cycles to employee relations—driving inclusive, high-performing teams with data-driven judgment.

You’ll translate company-wide People frameworks into your function, coach managers through scaling and org changes, and leverage data to foresee gaps and risks, ensuring Suno’s mission-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a People Partner with high-growth tech experience.
• Experience leading complex employee relations investigations independently.
• Sophistication in org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Strong grounding in US employment law, including CA law.
• Ability to translate company-wide People frameworks into a function-specific context.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted People partner to a function or client group’s leadership, shaping org design and talent strategy for your group.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and high-stakes performance situations end to end within your function.
• Adapt and deliver company-wide talent management and learning and development programs for your function, and measure their impact.
• Coach managers through team scaling, reorgs, and performance complexity, building their capability to lead the Suno way.
• Use workforce data and talent reviews to identify capability gaps and offer leadership-ready recommendations.
• Build trust with managers and employees while mentoring newer People Partners on your team.
