Propel Software is seeking a People Operations & Recruiting Execution role in Redwood City. You will manage daily office operations, onboard new hires, support recruiting, and build scalable systems and documentation to help Propel grow.

The position emphasizes HRIS setup in Rippling, data hygiene, and a proactive ownership mindset. This onsite role requires collaboration with IT, facilities, and hiring managers to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in office management, People Ops coordination, HR, or a closely related role.
• Direct experience with an HRIS platform; Rippling strongly preferred.
• Strong ownership mentality—you are not someone who waits to be told what to do.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding processes including HRIS setup in Rippling and Sequoia, system access, equipment coordination, and Day 1 logistics.
• Maintain HRIS hygiene by keeping Rippling and employee data clean and audit-ready.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to coordinate the recruiting process.
• Own the candidate experience, from posting roles to interviews and offer letters in HRIS.
• Manage daily office environment including supplies, desks, AV equipment, and common areas.
• Serve as first point of contact for office-related issues and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with IT for building access and visitor protocols; liaise with facilities/vendors.
• Coordinate office events, team gatherings, and culture programming; assist with offsite logistics.
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and internal intranet; identify automation opportunities.
