Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of HR Generalist functions.
• Labor relations knowledge preferred.
• Strategic and tactical HR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and support hiring internally and externally.
• Partner with operations to maintain positive employee relations.
• Manage end-to-end hiring workflow including offers and onboarding.
• Verify candidate backgrounds and references before hiring.
• Conduct exit interviews and monitor departures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Investigate employee relations issues and policy violations.
• Coordinate training and development and retention activities.
• Counsel management on discipline and terminations.
• Adhere to OSHA rules and wear required safety gear on site.
• Meet safety standards and perform other duties as assigned.
