Job summary

Alamo Group Municipal Mowing Solutions (AGMMS) in Seguin, TX, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR programs for manufacturing operations and act as a business partner to senior management.

You will develop policies, recruit talent, manage payroll and benefits, and drive employee relations and development across multiple facilities, including Sioux Falls and Seguin. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years HR leadership are required, with Spanish fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or similar field is required.
• Active HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP).
• A minimum of 10 years HR experience managing an HR function is required.
• 5+ years managing an HR function for a location with 100+ employees; supervisory experience required.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR programs and policies compliant with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Source and recruit candidates; manage screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Oversee payroll, time/attendance, and benefits administration.
• Advise on performance management, coaching, and employee relations.
• Coordinate training and development for management and staff.
