Job summary

Flock Freight is seeking an early-career People Operations Generalist to support employee lifecycle, total rewards, and HR operations. You will partner with employees and leaders to ensure compliant processes and a strong employee experience.

This role suits a detail‑oriented, organized candidate with good judgment and communication skills. You will manage leaves, assist with onboarding and benefits tasks, support compensation reporting, and help maintain accurate data in our HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience with at least 1 year in leaves administration.
• Strong data judgment, discretion, and confidential handling of information.
• Experience using HR technology and AI tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leaves of absence and related documentation and tracking.
• Administer leave/accommodation processes per policies and laws.
• Coordinate health benefits open enrollment and reporting tasks.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities as needed.
• Maintain and audit HR data in UKG and generate reports.
