Mercor is seeking a People Ops Evaluator (Contract) to oversee recruiting work and assess AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics. You will identify factual, aesthetic and presentation errors, provide structured feedback, and work independently to hit deadlines while helping improve AI model performance.

Native or professional English fluency is required; 5+ years in People Ops / recruiting, and advanced MS Office and Google Workspace skills, especially Slides, are expected.

Position: People ops / recruiting Evaluator
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$120/hour
Location: Remote

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

Preferred

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.
