Grove Collaborative is hiring on-site at the Reno, NV Fulfillment Center for a hands-on HR/People Operations role. You will post openings, coordinate onboarding, and support payroll, benefits, and leave processing while learning ADP, Greenhouse, and AI-enabled tools to improve accuracy and speed.

2–4 years in HR or admin in fast-paced environments is expected, with a focus on reliability, communication, and process adherence.

Qualifications

2–4 years of HR or administrative experience.
Familiarity with Greenhouse or ADP is a plus; must be willing to learn them.
Curious about AI with the appetite to find answers.
Reliable, detail‑oriented; flag mistakes early rather than letting them compound.
Strong communication and flexibility to adapt to warehouse needs.

Responsibilities

Staffing support: post openings, schedule interviews, and logistics for hiring.
Onboarding coordination: run new hire onboarding and orientation logistics.
Offboarding support: handle paperwork and system updates.
Employee relations assistance: first point of contact, escalate issues appropriately.
HR program administration: process payroll, benefits, and leave paperwork.
Compliance tracking: track training, leave, workers' comp, and OSHA records.
Engagement support: assist Team Member committees with events.
Payroll & benefits support: biweekly payroll data entry and timekeeping.
Systems & tools: learn ADP and AI-enabled tools used by the team.
