New South Express (NSE)- Honda Logistics of North America in Lincoln, AL, is seeking an HR Associate Service/Admin Coord. to serve as the primary contact for Associate services and lead investigations into policy violations.

The role supports leadership with confidential matters, coordinates trainings, and drives engagement activities while ensuring compliance with employment laws. A BA in HR or related field and HRIS experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• BA in Human Resources or related field desired.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Associate Services or other HR position as a primary role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws as well as HR best practices.
• Basic understanding of leave of absences (FMLA, STD, etc.).
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with no traffic violations and willingness to operate PIVs when required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Associate services issues.
• Lead Associate investigations for policy enforcement and to investigate Associate behaviors that do not align with Company core values.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Assist Associates with resolving time-sensitive confidential matters.
• Facilitate Front Line Leadership and Associate trainings.
• Support HR KPI’s of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and Environment.
• Demonstrate timely, informed decisions by utilizing Gemba practices and data analytics.
