Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is looking for a motivated college student to join the Human Resources team for Summer 2027. You will support the full employee life cycle, assist Talent Acquisition activities, and help with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

This internship also involves resume sourcing, interview coordination, posting roles on ATS and niche job boards, and collaborating on compensation/benefits projects to strengthen our people programs.

Qualifications

• Currently a college student enrolled in Human Resources, Business, or related program.
• Must pass a post-offer background check prior to joining.
• Available full-time during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee life cycle as part of the HR team.
• Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review.
• Post and close jobs in the Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities
• Support projects that enhance candidate, employee, and internal team experience
