People Operations Specialist - Recruiting

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
• 5-7 years of experience in a corporate recruiting role.
• Proven success in delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth environment.
• Expertise in direct sourcing utilizing various methods, including social media.
• Exposure to AAP/EEOC requirements.
• Preferred: Experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry or related sectors such as insurance, real estate, risk management, industrial testing, or product testing/certification services.
• Global Recruitment experience is a plus.
