As our Senior Recruiting Operations Specialist, you’ll bring operational excellence to our Talent Acquisition team. You'll work closely with leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, and People Ops to design scalable processes, drive recruiting programs, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Your work will directly impact how BioRender attracts, engages, and hires the best talent.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and continuously improve BioRender’s talent acquisition programs and processes, ensuring strong documentation and operational excellence across all tools and workflows.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that measure recruiting performance, track progress toward hiring goals, and inform strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across recruiting workflows, systems, and candidate experience; propose and implement creative solutions.
- Own and drive special projects and initiatives such as employer branding, interview training programs, and employee referral programs.
- Support successful transitions related to new technologies, process changes, and workflows, ensuring strong stakeholder communication and adoption.
- Evaluate, recommend, and manage relationships with external recruiting vendors and technology partners to ensure BioRender’s tech stack remains best-in-class.
What You Bring To The Table
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Operations or full cycle recruiting; startup experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end.
- Ability to apply systems thinking to design scalable, repeatable processes.
- Strong data analysis skills - able to interpret funnel metrics like time-to-hire, pass-through rates, and pipeline health.
- Experience designing and delivering talent enablement programs (e.g., interviewer training, hiring manager resources).
- Strong change management skills - able to lead tool rollouts, process updates, and team adoption efforts.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills for policies, process guides, and enablement materials.
