Job summary

Pentera is seeking a People Operations Specialist based in Burlington, MA, to own our US benefits infrastructure and deliver an exceptional employee lifecycle experience as the company scales globally.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will serve as the first point of contact for employee queries across benefits, leave policies, onboarding, and HR processes, while building out the self-service HR portal and coordinating with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in People Operations or HR Operations in a tech company.
• Hands-on US benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management.
• Experience building or maintaining HR portals or self-service resources.
• Strong collaboration across Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global first point of contact for routine employee People inquiries.
• Lead US benefits administration end-to-end, including enrollments and life-event changes.
• Own onboarding and offboarding experiences for seamless transitions.
• Build and improve the HR portal and self-service resources.
• Coordinate lifecycle workflows with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Support broader People Operations activities and HRBP projects.
